Pass No Credit Alternate Grading System for Undergraduate Courses

 Greetings Students,

On November 5, I sent you an email telling you about the Pass No Credit Alternate Grading System that we are implementing this semester on an opt in basis for all undergraduate courses.  In that email, I said that the page to allow you to opt in to the system would be available starting November 16 and that you would have until 11:59PM on December 18 to opt in to the system for any or all of your courses.  That page is now available.  Details on how to use the page can be found here.

As I did earlier, I implore you to discuss any decision to opt into this system with your advisor.  I will also remind you that in addition to earning a grade in a course, you also are expected to learn various skills and gain knowledge that you may need in later courses or later in life.  I encourage you to focus on mastering these skills and gaining that knowledge as the semester wraps up.

Thanks and feel free to contact me if you have questions,

 Mark Ginn
