Born during the waning years of the Weimar Republic, Gerhard L. Weinberg escaped Hitler Germany to England in 1938. In the 1950s, he embarked on a remarkable academic career in the U.S. In his meticulous archival work, he discovered Hitler's unpublished second book that dealt extensively with the later dictator's foreign policy designs. The talk details Hitler's views of and plans for the U.S. and the role of the "Jewish Question."
