To Bee or Not: Walker's Efforts to Save the Honey Bee will be the focus of the next session of Appalachian State University's Sustainable Business Research Series.
Data analytics expert Joseph Cazier will discuss current projects to save the threatened honey bee population, including citizen science efforts, STEM outreach, beekeeper training, core data discovery, standardization and knowledge dissemination. The event is open to the public with no fee to attend; however, online registration is required. Lunch will be provided to registrants.
