Our 1000-point Homecoming blood drive has been split into two this year due to COVID-19, with one event occuring in the fall 2020 and one in the spring 2021. The Homecoming Blood Drive is one of the largest single-day, single-site blood drives in the nation. Appalachian & the Community Together (ACT) and the American Red Cross (ARC) depend on our students to donate blood, organize, plan, promote, and facilitate this life-saving event.
