Register for an App State vaccine clinic
App State’s Community Vaccine Clinics are open to everyone in North Carolina ages 18 and over.
Appointments are required. App State clinics use an online scheduling tool. Choose your preferred appointment time and complete the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully completed your registration.
There is no charge for the vaccine, nor do you need to provide any insurance information.
Additional clinics will be scheduled as vaccine allotments are provided. Please check this page regularly for the latest information.
